The superior garage gives a secure, solid structure, and can be erected with the minimum of building works, which will compliment its surroundings and add value to your property.
The buildings can be constructed up to six metres wide making a generously sized double garage, we can add partitions and personal doors to keep your work space accessible and separate.
 
     
SIDE WALLS:
 19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
DOOR: Double timber garage doors 1900mm high x 2134mm wide mortise and tenoned, framed ledged and braced, using. Door hung with the use of 2 @ 450mm galvanized steel strap hinges and secured with a galvanised pad-bolt. If the up and over door option is chosen a 1980mm high x 2134mm wide steel door is used.
DOOR FRAME: 75 x 75mm planed
WINDOWS: Joinery-made window frame 1200mm wide x 1030mm high with one side hung opening window, one fixed window and one top hung fanlight window, fitted with 4mm toughened glass.
FLOOR: 19 x 125mm tongue and groove floorboards on 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres.
ROOF: 19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
HEIGHTS: A generous 2.0m to eave height.
PRESERVATIVE: 400mm roof overhang is a standard feature.

Paint System

Add a top coat of timber preservative giving a wider colour choice and a vastly improved redecoration cycle.

Cedar Shingle Roof

Line your building with breather paper, fibreglass insulation and 12mm oak faced ply for added insulation and noise reduction.
