7. Electrical power pack
CE compliant consisting of a 2 way metal
RCD consumer unit, pre-wired with an MT32 connector
for each output, two double plug sockets, external light
fitting, and 4ft fluorescent light fitting. The power
pack will be fitted by our installers up to the consumer
unit, but connection of the consumer unit to the mains
supply should be carried out by a qualified electrician
and does not form part of the contract with Compton.
8. Manual roller shutter door
White powder coated roller shutter door
manually operated. Vertically opening, the roller shutter
allows vehicles to be parked close to the door without
preventing access. Impressive clear opening height of
2057mm (6ft9) with clear opening widths of 2134mm (7ft),
2438mm (8ft) and 2743mm (9ft) respectively.
