| The Pavilion |
| This is the latest edition to our range of
Garden Rooms, it is available in 5 sizes. With the Double Doors
and 4 full-length double glazed fixed windows as standard the
interior is bathed in natural light. The 2 high level opening
vents provide a pleasant method of ventilation. The example
shown above has been painted in Spring Green and lined with
cream painted MDF v board. The additional full-length windows
has helped the customer maximise the evening sun and with the
addition of the Cedar shingles matched a near by building. |

| The Cottage |
| The Regency Cottage is the ideal choice for
a garden room in a more traditional setting, providing the occupants
with a cosy yet durable bolt hole to use throughout the seasons.
This style of building will nestle in any garden and will enrich
its overall appearance. |

| The Hideaway |
| The elegantly proportioned and stylish corner
room is a building to improve any size or style of garden. Specifically
designed to utilise any corner of your garden that is rarely
used to its full potential. The Hideaway is ideal for many uses,
an inspirational studio, a light and airy workroom, a tranquil
office setting or just a place to enjoy an uninterrupted view
of your garden. |

| The Retreat |
| The Retreat has been finished externally in
Summer Blue with white trims and windows, and internally with
the optional painted V board lining. The standard fully lined
and insulated building comes with a wide single door and three
windows - all double glazed - which can be positioned to suit
your requirements. The layout in the building was chosen to
ensure a large desk would fit under the front windows, ensuring
maximum natural light with the benrfit of the view of your own
garden. The overall appearance is enhanced by use of heavy-duty
black roof tiles which complement the white guttering pack. |

| The Haven |
| The fully-lined and insulated 16' x 12' Haven
including the verandah (shown above) has been finished externally
in Soft Sage Green with Classic Cream trims and windows. The
double doors and four windows which come as standard are all
double-glazed. This customer decided to add the optional extra
internal vinyl wall board and the cedar shingles on the roof
to match an existing building they had in the garden. |
